Elsatrans Ltd is committed to complying with all legislation pertaining to Health & Safety. Specifically, the company strives to comply with the “Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and the Safety, Health and Welfare at work (General Application) Regulations 1993; Safety Health and Welfare at Work (Work at Height) Regulations 2006; ADR Regulations; Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road Act 1988 & Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road regulations 2007.

In Compliance with existing legislation, the company is committed to provide:

  • Safe Place of work.
  • Safe equipment and plant.
  • Safe systems of work.
  • Provision of appropriate information, instruction, PPE, Training and Supervision.
  • Prevent improper conduct or behaviour.
  • Training and Information to employees in respect to health and safety.
  • Avoid work at height where practical.
  • Ensure that the place where work at height is done is safe.
  • Those involved at work at height are instructed and trained.

The company acknowledges the importance of our employees in developing a progressive Health and Safety culture within the organisation. Employees are encouraged to air their opinions and make suggestions relating to Health & Safety and Welfare at work that will ultimately benefit the organisation. Management undertake to listen to the employees’ suggestions and to take appropriate action. It is company policy to make a copy of the safety statement available to all employees. All documents related to our Health & Safety Policy are made available to clients and staff.
