Elsatrans Ltd offers a 24 hour, 7 day week road transport service to the Retail, Manufacturing and Logistics Industries throughout Ireland. Our fleet is operated on a two or three driver one truck policy which enables us to adhere to working time directive and road transport act legislation.
Drivers are selected and trained to adhere to each of our individual customer requirements. They generally stay contracted to one client to ensure continuity, compliance and overall client satisfaction.
Based in Naas Enterprise Park, Naas, Co Kildare our company is centrally located close to M7 and M4 corridor.

We operate over 18 trucks with refrigerated, container and curtainside trailers allowing us to cover all customer requirements.
Fleet Presentation is of major importance to both us as a Company and the clients we represent on the road. Each vehicle/trailer is washed after every shift change and a record is kept. This ensures we keep up our professional image and the cargo areas of the trailers are free of debris and adhere to HACCP regulations for the transport of foodstuffs. This has enabled us to offer advertising space on our trailers thus creating added value for our customers.
Road transport contributes about one-fifth of the EU’s total emissions of carbon dioxide (CO2), the main greenhouse gas. At Elsatrans we aim to reduce our carbon footprint by the introduction of new Gas Powered (CNG) trucks and also with our continued investment in new vehicles boasting lower emissions due to the Euro 6 engines (NOx is reduced by 80% – to 0.04 g/kWh) combined with our telematics allow us to monitor and control our vehicle and driver actions.
We are proud of our team of fully qualified drivers whose knowledge of transport and goods handling is first rate. Our drivers undergo a 6 month driving assessment conducted by our in house driver trainer. Training is carried out in conjunction with a fleet diagnostics system, Fleetmatics, we can pin point any area in which driver improvements can be made.
Compliance with CPC, ADR and Manual Handling is constantly monitored.
